I'm starting a thread for members to put links to histories both official and unofficial of Allied units. These can be divisional, regimental or battalion histories. Or air force or naval units. And support units. I would like to limit this to allied units. If some one wants to start a separate thread for axis units have at. Many excellent histories have thus been prepared and made available to unit members, former members, and the public at large. As may be expected, unit histories will vary considerably for a number of reasons. This history will necessarily lack the personal touch that the story of a smaller unit might have.
